A great thinker, teacher and writer Albert Sektak Liankhankhup was borne from a poor Christian family in July 27, 1983. His father Mr. Tualzagin Sektak was hunter and his mother Mrs. Nemneihching is a mother who dedicate her entire life for the goods of others, doing charity works in and outside the church without any payments. He is the second youngest among his five brothers and one sister. His brothers are Mr. Gouneihlal Sektak, Mr. Ginlianthang Sektak, Mr. Kamkhanlian Sektak, Mrs. Chingsuanniang ,Mr. Dongmuanlam Sektak and Mr. Suansangkhup Sektak.
He did his early education at Tonglawn [P] J.B School and Vangkhup Memorial English School, Khonuam, Karbi- Anglong, Assam. He did his secondary education in National Institute of schooling, Delhi. He did his degree at India Christian Bible College, Kochi and Rajiv Gandhi University [formerly Arunachal University], Doimukh.
He got married Irik Lollen D/O Poyi Lollen, Tadin Village, Arunachal Pradesh. She is a dedicated wife, humble and fearing god. She had completed her B.Th at G.B.C in 2010.
He is a man who loves education for all round developments. He is closely following Don Bosco's system of education rather than great blow and might. He said, " I never pray to god to give me wealth but I ask god to give me sound mind and health".
